Do work that means something

Youโ€™ve worked hard to be successful.

You make good money. You have a respectable job or a thriving business.

You might have a fancy car, a big house, and a perfect looking family.

On the outside your life looks amazing.

But on the inside, you’re restless.

Even though you try to push them away, you keep thinking thoughts like these on repeat.

I help people design and pursue work that they find fulfilling. When Iโ€™m not doing that, youโ€™ll probably find me reading behavioural science research, playing board games, or strumming my ukulele.

Iโ€™m 38 years old. I worked in training and leadership development for blue chip companies, then in middle management. I co-founded a bootstrapped B2B e-learning agency, then built and sold a tabletop gaming website as a solopreneur.

Even though I was ‘successful’ in every role, I always found myself asking, “Is this really it? Is this what I want to do with my life?”

I wanted to work and contribute, but didn’t know what to do…

So I devoured research on fulfillment, developed activities to reimagine what meaningful work actually looks like, and rebuilt a life that feels aligned with me – instead of just looking impressive on paper.

Now, I help professionals and business owners who feel lost or stuck to get clear on what meaningful work means to them and how to make it happen.
